But really, it’s the same rock where Hazrat Suleiman (a.s) made his 1st Heikal?
According to Jew’s top scholars (German rival 1180 and Greek rival 1400), they wrote that on temple mount there is a beautiful building on it which is built by Arab’s king many years ago. This is the same place where Heikal located. Likewise, Italian rival, He wrote to letter to Jerusalem that this is the same rock where coffin (Taboot-e-Sakina) was placed. Now Arab made this place beautiful and protect him with heart and soul. It is such a safe place that no one can go inside and now Arab call it Sakhraa.

Jews didn’t take this lightly, that Bayt al-Maqdis and Dome of the rock is under Muslims This place is so dear to the Jews that in 1217 Spain’s rival wrote in his book about Al-Aqsa and Sakhraa that when we see our Qibla and most loving place is under outsiders (Muslims) and to see their temples, our heart tore into pieces.
That’s why in 1967, after 2000 years Jerusalem went back to Israel means Jews. So Israel defense Force’s Chief suggested to General to blast this Dome of the Rock, don’t know why? But he refused.
In fact, this is also true that after few hours of possession Israel’s 2 popular force’s people announced on radio that no one will go with shoes on this hill, because we don’t where do Hazrat Suleiman (a.s) kept Taboot-e-Sakina. We will go there when our 3rd Heikal will be built.
After possession on Jerusalem, Jew’s celebrated at Al-Aqsa because they love this place a lot. Muslims were quite that time but after 9 days when Muslims witnessed that Jews blowing the Shofar and took the replica of Taboot-e-Sakina and started climbing the Temple Mount.
So, Muslims took stand and protest that they will never let you take this hill. In fact, that time prime minister of Israel said that ok! Jerusalem will be Israel’s but there will be Muslim’s management in Bayt al-Maqdis.
Israel’s flag will not fly on this Temple but there will be Israel’s security over there. But today still Sakhra is the holiest place of Jews, where Taboot-e-Sakina kept on top of it, but still they have permission to worship on western wall only. So, from 1967 till now it goes like this.
Jerusalem is under Israel but Bayt al-Maqdis enters in Urban’s Islamic era. In fact, on Qurabt as Sukhra there are 5000 Gold plates on this dome.
Jordan’s Shah Abdullah gave 15 Arab from his pocket for these golden plates.
This time there are 11 doors of Al-Aqsa compound, from which there are 10 doors for Muslims and 1 door for non-Muslims
After reading all these facts you can assume that this 37-acre land is the most conflicted place in the world right now.
Not Muslims, not Jews and not Christians. No one is ready to leave this place. Just because of this place, 3 big and old religions are ready to fight with each other. But this is just a start. We just give you the introduction of Al-Quds.
Some important facts are remaining:
Before 2970 years ago, Hazrat Suleiman built his first heikal, which is called Heikal-e-Suleimani or First temple of Solomon. But we don’t have any prove of that because as I told you after Suleiman (a.s) Jerusalem destroyed and settled 20 times. But in 1960, they found 2800 years old mantra which is called Arad Ostraca. In these breaking Mantra they found Ostracon-18
(Ostracon 18, also known as the House of Yahweh ostracon, has an inscription that reads:
ʾl ʾdny ʾly– | To my lord Elia- |
šb yhwh yš– | shib: may Yahweh inq- |
ʾl lšlmk wʿt | uire after your well-being. And now, |
tn lšmryhw | give to Shemariah |
⥊ wlqrsy | a measure (of flour), and to the Kerosite |
ttn ߈ wld– | you will give a measure (of flour). And concerning the mat- |
br ʾšr ṣ– | ter about which you co- |
wtny šlm | mmanded me, it is well. |
byt yhwh | In the House of Yahweh, |
hʾ yšb | he is staying.) |
So, this time we have only this prove that before 2800 years ago, this place have Hazrat Suleiman’s Heikal, that Heikal was there till 400 years, and on same place where Ark of the Covenant ( Taboot-e-Sakina) kept. But there is something more about this Dome of the rock. There is a hole over there, but from where it comes and who made it nobody knows.
Prophet (SAW) once said that when I reached to Bayt al-Maqdis, Hazrat Jibrael (a.s) did this hole with his finger and tie Burak (horse-like creature in Islamic tradition that served as the mount of the Islamic prophet Muhammad during his Isra and Mi’raj) with this hole. (Silsila-tus-Sahiha 2191)
